Central museum : The graceful building is located in Ram Niwas Garden and showcases a vast collection of rare archaeological and handicraft pieces.

Jantar Mantar : Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in 18th century, the huge instruments were used to follow the movement stars and constellation in the sky. The huge sun-dial still offers accurate time.

Jal Mahal : The small palace is situated in the middle of Man Sagar Lake and there is a paved causeway that leads to the beautiful water palace. It 6 km from Jaipur. 

Hawa Mahal : Constructed by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799, this is one of the most well known monuments of Jaipur. The octagonal monument carries 152 windows and is 5 storied and is a well laid museum.

Amer : Amer fort is simply remarkable and is a reflection of the majestic grandeur, which is a fine blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Made with red sandstone and white marble, it is really a sight to behold.

Other places of interest in Jaipur are  Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort, Birla Planetarium, Laxmi Narayan Temple,  Kanak Vrindqavan etc.
